(Lucretia just hums in response to that, and taps her fingers on the counter top. She can at least accept that this is about as close to halfway as they'll get on this issue.)

(She shrugs.) I got her to come around here and she calmed down pretty quick once we had more time to talk about it in person.

So it's going to be okay. Probably helps that I'm taking off for two weeks, though.

[She's an emotional thing; he's sure seeing Lucretia upset probably helped her to get over the anger.]

He's pretty fun to bother, just saying.

[He doesn't know if Lucretia and Loki will get along quite as easily as he does with them, but there's no harm in trying. Probably.]

If it helps any, they're not really gods, Loki and Thor. But don't go spreading it around, I think they like to maintain the image.

Kinda aliens, I guess? They were so advanced that when they showed up on Earth, the humans there called 'em gods.

[It's similar to suggestions that other people have made, about their gods, and it never sits well with Taako. He's not stupid.]

We're kinda aliens, (she points out, and grins.) Does this mean we're on the same level?

(Maybe they should find a planet to go and become gods on. Wait, she's thinking of people like Taako, and Lup and Merle. Bad call, never mind.)
